With an extensive 15-year tenure in the realm of entrepreneurship and education, his passion for fostering startups is both broad and diverse. He's offered his expertise as a consultant to hundreds of startups, established a chamber of commerce to incubate fresh ventures, and operated a non-profit creating micro-startups for underprivileged families.

This dedicated entrepreneur's journey took a transformative turn when he joined the Peace Corps, setting out for Madagascar to impart knowledge of business. Diving into the heart of local life, he quickly grasped the local language Malagasy, and embraced the rich culture.

He observed a robust interest in business and entrepreneurship. However, quality education, especially concerning business education, remained an elusive dream for many. It was this realization that inspired him to establish the Crucible Business Academy. He seeks to turn eager students into successful entrepreneurs, thereby catalyzing their journey of self-sufficiency and growth.

Born in Madagascar, Tsiky is a linguistics graduate who has dedicated her career to the non-profit sector. She has played a pivotal role in various NGOs and organizations advocating for women's empowerment, even establishing several non-profits of her own. In recognition of her leadership potential, Tsiky was chosen for the prestigious Young African Leadership Initiative by the U.S. Department of State in 2017.

Despite the prominent role women play in operating businesses in Madagascar, cultural norms often discourage them from completing their education. Motivated by a deep desire to redefine this narrative, Tsiky is committed to inspiring young girls and women to pursue their dreams relentlessly.

With a vision to empower women through education, she took the decisive step of establishing the Crucible Business Academy. Her work continues to inspire women to break cultural barriers and reach new heights of success in their respective fields.
